We at Al Majzoub Employment and Training Agency were delighted to represent the private sector at the interactive meeting organized by the Hariri Foundation – Youth Forum for the Advancement of Lebanon, in collaboration with the Municipality of Saida and the British Council.
During the sessions, we participated with a select group of municipal council members and representatives of the public and private sectors in discussing promising youth projects to address the challenges of unemployment and pressing social issues such as drug addiction and domestic violence. We then voted on projects that we hope will be a real step towards positive change in Saida.
It was very important for me to bring the Agency’s experience in the labor market to the table for discussion with representatives of the municipality and the public sector, so that together we could draw up a roadmap to support the proposed youth projects.
We are very proud of the young people who participated and the level of awareness they demonstrated. The future in Saida holds a lot of hope thanks to everyone’s efforts.
