Ware House management system was developed for the High Relief Committee in Lebanon. This web-based inventory and aid management dashboard tracks aid distribution, inventory levels, and donor contributions across regional operations.
What We Built We developed a centralized aid and warehouse management system designed to streamline end-to-end logistics and humanitarian distribution. The platform features an interactive regional map for real-time geographic tracking, integrated stock and inventory modules to monitor warehouse items, and dedicated registries to manage donor and beneficiary profiles. To support multi-regional operations, the system includes a bilingual interface with seamless English and Arabic switching alongside administrative translation tools.
Results The implementation established complete operational visibility by aggregating real-time data on total aid volume, stock weights, and financial valuations into a single intuitive dashboard. By providing visual breakdowns of aid categories and donor country rankings, the system improved resource allocation, eliminated supply gaps, and enhanced donor transparency while accelerating the dispatch of critical supplies to beneficiaries.
